We share yoga, breathing practices, connection and life.

No matter who you are, where you are, or what your situation, everything is available to you.

The sessions on offer here are to guide and give you inspiration on and off the mat.

There are many antidotes on offer at this time and each of us does have the capacity to work with what we have -our breath. If we spend just 10 - 20 minutes each day focused on the breath, increasing oxygen, blood flow and working with the parasympathetic nervous system, this is of immense benefit. It boosts the immune system and gives us a a chance to focus and relax.
