Women's Circle

​Welcome to sacred circle.

​A space for women from all over the world to come together and breathe, take rest, and giggle at the shenanigans of life.

​Ana will hold space for all of you to be seen, heard, relax, be silant, still, dance, scream... what ever you feel. This space of yours to express yourself fully in the safety of circle.

​Women have been coming together for thousands of years. Together we support each other share share energy to heal and reveal our wounds so we se able to be lighter in our daily lives. Simply by coming together and creating circle, energy flows between us. So you can simply show up, close your eyes and listen and you will feel the effects of the circle.

​Each session will be a bit different, but will include some of the following;

​Gentle movement

​Breathwork

​Meditation

​Sharing

​tarrot, astrology & numerology references

​And of course a little spice of Ana! You never know what what ya Gona get! But you can garentee to be loved, heard and understood.
