Welcome to Wonams circle.
A space for women from all over the world to come together breathe, take rest, and giggle at the shenanigans of life.
Each week a new topic will be chosen. Wether it be a goddess, a sutra or words to encourage discussion.
This circle is a space for us to explore life, explore points of veiw, and explore perspectives. It is also a space for anyone to simply sit, breathe and absorb the experience.
As with the spontaneous nature of life, each week will be different, but will always conclude with a short evening practice.
You are welcome any time, so don’t worry about missing a week. All works out as it should.
Know that you are loved and actively encouraged to be you! We are all here in support of each other, so let’s explore and breathe together to aid our navigation of this crazy world.
