I invite youth a space where we we will all bring our hearts together in gratitude for all that we receive. 

A space where anyone who is wanting connection, healing, love can join not only to receive, but also to give. 

I will guide us through a meditation evoking gratitude for this life and all that comes with it. When we say thank you, it is because we have received something. This is a constant flow and one that we might not tap in to quite as much as we may like. Gratitude evokes a sense of love and compassion that can not be ignored. This love is healing, especially when it comes form a place of fullness. 

So I invite you to enter this space of gratitude for life and share you love with others who may be in need of a little extra for what ever reason. 

A space to share our love and receive in equal measure. 

There are 2 sessions to accommodate peoples time zones, so you can come to both, or just one. :-)
