10am - 11.30am Book Club ‘Womb Wisdom'  We will be creating dialogue with the womb. Sharing in an exploratory meditation as guided within the book 'Womb Wisdom' ALL ARE WELCOME! :-)

The Online Studio

Each week, there will be guided morning practices, working with the fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga and Qi Gong, sharing many different ways to work with breath led movement, guiding you towards authentic self expression and natural movement.

​Other weekly offerings will include Breathe Write Relax, women's womb wisdom and weekly book club, Saturday Sangha and a restorative class to round off the week.

​All classes are free to register, and are donation based. This means you can drop in or pay weekly or monthly through direct bank transfer.

Monday to Friday 
6am - 7am Morning Hatha Yoga Practice 

7am - 8am Morning Hatha Yoga Practice
