Everyday life can be taxing: work, partners, friends, family, pets, children, hobbies,... - we often try to do it all! Sometimes that is easier than other times. In this self-care session, we will have a look at our very own energy-management. We will look at different strategies and reflect on what works for us and what doesn't. This is a great refresher for finding back into your flow, it is helpful to regularly assess what we are doing to manage our energy and re-evaluate if that is still in line with where we are at in life.

Energy-Management: A self-care session on managing the ups & downs of everyday life

The feelings of nervousness and excitement are closely aligned. It can be really helpful to start working with and recognizing how nervousness and even fear feels in your body. We will explore these states and find out what it means to transform into excitement. This is a great opportunity to get to know yourself better! Knowing yourself and your emotions is a HUGE asset on the self-employment journey and might just make you wildly successful. Give it a go!

Do It Anyway: A self-care session on feeling nervous AND excited

Once we breathed out, we need to breathe in. With every inhalation, you are starting fresh. What do you want to invite in? 

You are on a new path. We all are. Always changing and re-aligning. While this time of the year particularly lends itself to assess our lives and selves, if you would like to, you get to do this every day, with every breath, in fact. There is always a choice: What do you want to invite into your life? And then: Are you READY to do the work?! In order to invite your next version in, to step into your new you, you got to let go of what's holding you back first. 

This session is for all of us to take a DEEP COMMUNAL EXHALE together. Let's reflect, let's breathe, let's move, let's connect. Come with an open heart and ready to let go!

We often have an idea about how future events may unfold for us, but rarely does it happen in the way we think it will. In this session, we will explore possibilities both negative and positive so that when life happens in unexpected ways, we have more control over how we react to it. This is about problem-solving and feeling safe and secure in the light of uncertainty.

What if? A Self-Care Session Exploring Possibilities

Boundaries - the word is everywhere. Apparently, we are supposed to have them. Be strict and firm and never budge in order to have a business that doesn't burn us out. Yeah, right. As if that's so easy. And what about recognizing when our boundaries don't serve us anymore? Sometimes boundaries need to be readjusted and adapted. In this session, we will have a look at your current relationship with boundaries. Do you have them? Do they feel good? Are you enforcing them? And if yes, how? What does that actually feel like in our body? I firmly believe that regular assessment and exploration of our own boundaries and what they feel like is essential. How it feels when boundaries are crossed can be hugely helpful in understanding how and why our boundaries exist, enabling us to enforce them with more grace and conviction.
