Many may not know this, but Grateful Giraffes started with The Gratitude Boost - a 30 minute group experience designed to enhance our sense of gratitude. After testing a variety of formats, we reflected, gathered feedback, and found a "standard" for the Gratitude Boost; i.e. what to expect. 

 interesting and help assist you in your own journey of learning what breathing sequences resonate most with your unique DNA. 

 will vary from the mundane and simple to the esoteric and mystical. 

rooms that invite you to check-in and express gratitude in a warm, inviting environment with other Grateful Giraffe holders. 

After the session ends formally, we'll start a musical 

 where you can connect with other Grateful Giraffes, join our weekly Giraffle, and brainstorm the future of this amazing community!

The Gratitude Boost 

The Grateful Giraffes have arrived in LA & are expanding our global community of grateful leaders that come together to play, meditate, learn, and practice!

Join us on Sunday, October 16th for a sunset hike in Topanga! We'll gather at 2pm for a glorious climb to a panoramic view of the Santa Monica mountains, followed by some gentle breathwork, stretching, a  picnic, and a little bit of gratitude before catching the sunset and making our way back down to reality :)

Imagine a Sunday afternoon like no other. Actually that might be hard to imagine. Imagine an intimate group of conscious leaders boarding the legendary Grateful Bus and driving up the Pacific Northwest into the heart of the Santa Monica Mountains. Now add some hiking in Topanga, a splash of gratitude, and a breathtaking sunset. Don’t worry, you’ll get your breath back!

 The Grateful Giraffes will depart from Café Gratitude at 1pm this Sunday, November 13th. Space on the Grateful Bus is limited, so please RSVP to reserve your spot!

Ben's Evening of Gratitude

Once a year, we gather 'round the dinner table to give thanks to our loved ones and take a moment to reflect on all of life's blessings. 

At Grateful Giraffes, we believe gratitude is the secret sauce for human connection, and  since arriving in LA two months ago, we've hosted 10 "Evenings of Gratitude"; intimate gratitude-themed dinner parties. 

As you can imagine, there's no holiday we identify with more than Thanksgiving (the gratitude, not the exploitation of indigenous populations)! What better way to continue building our LA community than to co-host an Evening of Gratitude with 

Join us on November 25th at 6pm for a very special Friendsgiving vegan potluck filled with light, love, and of course, gratitude! 

If you are unable to bring a dish, the requested donation is $20. Excited to celebrate this evening together!

Grateful Giraffes! The dawn of a new year is upon us, and how we choose to spend the days leading up to the strike of midnight can set the tone for the rest of the year.  Taking actions to celebrate more mindfully beforehand can have a ripple effect for the months that follow. 

To honor the years end, and the beautiful beginning that comes from it, we invite you to give yourself the gift of intentional stillness, and join us for a special candle lit, musical journey, to rest, restore, and reset for the new year. With the power of sound, and mindfulness, you will be given the opportunity to step out of your life, and into yourself. For “the real work you have to do is in the privacy of your own heart. All of the external forms are lovely, but the real work is your inner connection.” Ram Dass. And there is no better time than now!

So, please join us this Friday at 6pm for a night of intention setting, letting go of what no longer serves you, and an hour of total relaxation during a private sound bath.

Fanni Gabor is the founder of Mindfully Transform, and the cofounder of The Change Agents, recruiting and building the creative tech community in NYC and beyond.

She has been leading group, private and corporate mindfulness workshops in person and virtually since earning her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Certificate at Samadhi Center for Yoga in 2018 in Denver, CO. She also holds a Trauma Conscious Yoga Teacher certification from the Trauma Conscious Yoga Institute, and a 200-hr Fluid Yoga certification from Triyana Studies/Kala Yoga Brooklyn.

 She's passionate about working with Type A overachievers, making meditation and mindfulness practices accessible, meaningful and relevant. She is a Grateful Giraffe NFT holder and at 6 feet tall, a proud member of the global Giraffe community.

Step into the Tower House and you’ll be greeted by a vibrant marketplace bustling with local vendors selling jewelry, clothing, and a variety of health and wellness products. Not to mention a conscious beverage bar and food, free of charge. 

Everyone smiling, glowing with joy. People dressed in all sorts of fun. Hats, kimonos, costumes and more.

As you move through the market you’ll notice two paths calling you to explore. The first is a staircase where you’ll discover countless opportunities for deeper connection. A chill zone so chill you might never leave and an outdoor balcony for some sun and fresh air.

The second, an inconspicuous door, connected to a dimly lit wooden hallway that takes you to the thumping beat of Westside's most popular local DJs.  Once inside, you'll find yourself swept away by the euphoric dance party, where people are lost in the moment and dancing with unbridled joy.

As you soak in the pulsing music and the vibrant energy of the dance party, you'll soon notice another set of stairs, drawing you upwards with irresistible curiosity. As you climb the stairs, you'll discover an immersive art gallery featuring the works of talented local artists. The art is breathtaking, and you'll find yourself lost in thought and inspiration as you marvel at the creativity and talent of these incredible artists.

Hey Grateful Giraffes! We're excited to host our first ever Tower Hour clothing swap! A clothing swap is a fun and eco-friendly way to refresh your wardrobe and connect with other Giraffes over fashion and style :) 

After the swap, we'll be graced by the presence of DriftinWard, led by Sara Cook & Benza Maman who will take us on a sound journey / conscious concert!

Bring gently used or new items you simply no longer feel connected to

At 7:00pm once everyone has arrived and gotten a chance to settle in, we'll open up the swap as a free-for-all. If two people see and want the same piece at the same time, we do rocks, paper, scissor (best out of 3) to determine who gets the piece.

Any leftover pieces will be donated to a local charity and/or thrift store :)
