Guests can request a full refund up to 24 hours before the activity starts. In the rare event that we have to cancel the activity, a full refund will be offered. Similarly, if the activity has to be postponed a full refund will be offered if the rescheduled date is not suitable.

Meet ups are currently scheduled in the basement of the venue. Access to the basement is via stairs only. Please let us know if you have any access needs and we will make adjustments.
