As the Founder and Chief AI Ethical Strategist at AFRICURITYAI, he shapes ethical frameworks for AI applications across domains like the metaverse, chatbots, blockchain, and Identity and Access Management (IAM). An IEEE Senior Member with multiple certifications in information systems security and auditing, Stephen collaborates with data scientists, engineers, legal professionals, and business stakeholders to address ethical considerations and promote best practices in AI development and deployment.

โ€‹His distinguished career includes high-profile roles such as Deputy Program Manager and Team Lead for Risk Management at the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Site Lead/Senior Security Engineer for USMC/HQ MARFORRES (AT&T Government Services). Stephen has also held senior cybersecurity positions at Computer Sciences Corporation (USSTRATCOM), Texas Health Resources, and several Fortune 500 companies like Bank of America, Verizon International, and General Motors Acceptance Corporation. A veteran Cyber Operations Manager with 27 years in the United States Air Force, his mission is to foster a culture of ethical awareness and accountability in technology, contributing to the advancement of AI and cybersecurity while safeguarding societal values.
