​April 23 theme: art, activism, & solarpunk

​Who: Neighbors who want to make friends + eat dinner + work towards a better, safer, greener future together. Best if you live within walking/biking/rolling/bussing-distance of Fremont, Seattle.

​What:

​A joyful pop-up community space for connection and purpose. You will...

• ​Make friends with your neighbors through fun, curated games and activities

• ​Eat a delicious plant-based dinner

• ​Learn about the intersection of tech, art, and community from Yuliya Bruk at Future Arts. We'll also be reflecting together on some prompts in small groups because... life imitates art, or something like that

• ​Feel better AND do better by participating in bite-sized action ft THE CUTEST ACTIONS IN THE WHOLE WORLD! Get a sneak peek here so you can try guessing what's in store (hint: you won't be able to guess)

• ​Make some signs to protest a gas conference — this is a great way to participate in direct action even if you aren't ready to show up live yet! Yay for small actions that build courage

​Where: 3418 Fremont Ave N, Seattle, WA

​When: 6-9pm every Tuesday evening in March and April

​Why: Everything is less overwhelming with friends who live near you and we need better social spaces

​How much per gathering: $22 earlybird, $25 at the door, FREE for Soapbox members
