I am now starting up my meditation classes after lockdown, so time to build your meditation practice in beautiful community hall. Sangha
Every time we meet we focus on building your practice with different insights to inspire you to build your practice, we cover mindfulness (Vipassana) Tantric practice of the three jewels mantra, Mudra & visualization which help to open and unblock difficult emotions, tantric buddhism is my main practice that has totally transformed my life it helps clear karma and helps you to let go and accept.
When you attend any of my meditation classes you will always have my help support and guidance not just in, class but anytime you need support or question my support is her as a buddhist chaplain.
This classes are about building a positive lifestyle and this practices are secular with little religious tones.
You are welcome to bring meditation cushions but chairs will be provided if needed.
At this present time my classes are limited due to Covid19 so you need to book quickly as they fill up over short period of time. (please wear face mask till you take a seat)
