​Seattle District 2 City Council Candidate Forum: Climate, Sustainability & Community 

​SEATTLE, WA — June 8, 2025 — South Seattle Climate Action Network, along with People for Climate Action Seattle, Seattle Cruise Control, Climate Action Families, Climate Reality King County, El Centro de La Raza and Citizen Climate Lobby South Seattle, is holding a Candidate Forum for the District 2 Seattle City Council Primary Election. All four candidates, Adonis Ducksworth, Jeanie Chunn, Jamie Fackler, and Eddie Lin are confirmed, and the event will be moderated by Erica Barnett. The forum will explore the intersections of climate with transportation, housing, budgeting, and how the city should respond to the climate emergency.
