​About the speaker

​Julia is a Sales executive who started out as a developer. Not a typical path, but she led every client team under the sun before finally coming to terms that she belonged on the dark side. Luckily for her, selling deeply technical products and services required knowledge and passion for it which she had, and the ability to turn sales on its head. Figuring out the Product Led Growth and Sales motion for Sourcegraph (a unicorn dev tools company) from scratch way before there was even a name for what she was doing, she's delighted to share her experience on how to sell without selling, when to follow a playbook vs create your own, and everything else that it takes to create and deliver a repeatable sales motion now that the game has changed.
