For women who lift—and want to level up.
Olympic lifts like the snatch and clean & jerk require more than strength. They demand precision, timing, and coaching. These are the kinds of movements you can’t truly learn by yourself—and outside of CrossFit, dedicated classes are hard to find.
That’s why we’re building a session just for women who already feel strong in the gym and want to safely explore (or improve) Olympic lifting technique in a small, supportive group.
This isn’t a WOD or high-intensity sweat fest. It’s a skills-focused session led by a professional female coach who will break down the movements and guide you through drills to build control, confidence, and power.
