Starting your day with a easy to follow guided meditation led by Buddhist chaplain Sharon.
Morning meditation sets up the day, our body & mind hasn’t been affected by gravity and negative habits have not fully set in. Meditation leads to better focused and clear mind, feeling peaceful, calm and feeling a refreshed, this you will be able to take through to the rest of the day and weekend. We will be focusing on breath work to release tension and stress within body and mind.
