ON Mini-Workshop: A Documentation System from Start to Present 

As per Ops Stories tradition, every now and then, we put our heads together to dive into a topic presented to us by one of our community members.

The format is simple and informal - the host presents the topic and shares a couple of questions, we split into small groups (3-5 people), and then we discuss. At the end of the session, we bring our learnings together so we can share them with the wider community

Due to the increased interest and need for career-related advice as many folks are facing layoffs and searching for new opportunities, 

hosted a panel with our Community Partner JBM

, whose recruiters shared their perspectives with us on the job hunting process, including tips for your CV, interviews, and how to showcase your ops skills. 💪

However, our community members have indicated that they would also love the chance to 

swap stories with fellow members who have recently gone through the process and found success, and would be willing to share how.
