 is a private invite only session that will teach you the foundation principles and best practices of community building. You will learn how to build a purposeful and sustainable community that meets the needs of its members.

This bootcamp is for you if you are a community builder, leader, or manager who wants to take your community building skills to the next level. It is also for you if you are thinking about starting a community and want to learn how to do it effectively.

The bootcamp will be led by experienced community builders 

 with over 10 years of experience working with communities. Jephtah is an intrinsic community manager based in Lagos, Nigeria. After 5+ years in Marketing, he realized that community management is his passion. This passion led to the creation of his blog where he has unpacked insights from interviews with top community managers and builders, including Jenifer “Sue” the head of community at Headspace - the meditation app with more than 30 million users, along with Ben Lang the head of community at Notion which has approximately 20 million users, he also has written about gamification in communities and defining what success looks like in them. Jephtah became the first local-based Nigerian to be awarded a full scholarship to Commsor's CSchool (A cohort for Community Managers) and the only African recipient for the 2022 CRNetwork Scholarship powered by The CommunityRoundtable. Jephtah advocates for DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) in the community management space as he wants more Global Opportunities for Community Managers living in Nigeria. In his spare time, he volunteers for several non-profit organizations as a program director and he published his first book last year.

Our third Ops Sprint is a 3-week event that will give you support and space to create workflows + automations that support a better top-of-funnel marketing workflow. Create a strong backend that supports moving an audience member to lead to community member! 

Each session is two hours, starting with a few fundamental lessons and sharing helpful resources. Then attendees get focused on a project of their choice. The Burb team will be on hand to help build workflows and automations. You'll also hang out with other community creators working through similar challenges. We'll end by checking in on progress and making a plan for the next time we meet. 

Do you have an online community and need support creating workflows that can simplify and scale the work you do? 

You’ll get the most out of this series if you have an existing membership community hosted on Slack, Circle, or Discord.

Hey, I'm Bhav and I work for Ali Abdaal heading up operations for his Part-Time YouTuber Academy course. I've been both a student on the course and a member of the team and have seen it go from strength from it's first cohort to now, as we prep for cohort number 6 this summer. My job is to make sure the cohort runs smoothly and the students know where everything is and have the best experience. I also make videos on YouTube and have a podcast called Creators Campfire.

I started the podcast in May 2020 after getting a virtual kick up the backside from Gary Vee through listening to Tea With Gary Vee non-stop for a few weeks.

About Danielle: Danielle has 15 years of experience launching, growing, and supporting brand and marketplace communities. She was the 12th employee at Etsy, where she ran community and education programming, and since has worked at Airbnb, Lyft, and Barkbox.
