As inclusive faith leaders, we're faced with unique challenges, often with no colleagues to help.

Join Launchpad as we gather leaders from across our network in various stages of launching and leading. We’ll begin with a few moments of centering, then use the rest of the time to support one another, sometimes through open conversation and sometimes through intentional discussion. 

Recent calls have focused on the challenges of leading people through the regathering process and strategies for planning teaching or preaching series. You’re invited to propose a topic or question to us in advance or to come to the call with a challenge you’re facing. You’re also welcome to simply show up to support other leaders and offer your help. 

These 90-minute calls are hosted on Zoom for no cost and the dates rotate monthly.

 is church management software that lets you organize people, fundraise, recruit volunteers and manage small groups. There are many similar tools on the market but we've found Planning Center to be the easiest to use while still being very powerful.

Launchpad Partner's Aaron Bailey has implemented Planning Center at two different churches and consulted other communities on its use. He'll walk through why he loves Planning Center, how you can sign up for a free account, and how he recommends using it. There will be time for questions, as well.
