Circles is a decentralized currency protocol reimagining money as something created between people—not above them. By distributing the power to issue currency equally across participants, Circles removes hierarchy and unlocks a truly peer-to-peer economic layer where trust and collaboration are the foundation.

​In this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore the Circles SDK — a TypeScript-toolkit built for developers. Developers will tap into trust connections formed through the social graph, manage personal and group currencies using the ERC-1155 standard, and enable transitive value transfers across users' networks. The workshop also covers avatar generation, wallet integrations (including Safe), and wrapping tokens into ERC-20 format for seamless use with DeFi platforms like CowSwap.

​Whether you're building social apps, mutual credit systems, or collective finance tools, this workshop will show you how to utilize the Circles protocol to power next-gen community economies — all running on the fast, low-cost Gnosis Chain.
