Tracy Colunga is a community leader with 20+ years of experience advancing educational equity. As the former Civic Engagement Director at Johns Hopkins University's Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation, Tracy mobilized 50,000 volunteers and trained 400 cities on accessing federal resources. She also spent 16 years in the public sector with the City of Long Beach, including as the City's Chief Innovation Officer.
Tracy holds a Master’s in Social Welfare Policy from UCLA and has taught graduate community engagement courses at UCLA and CSULB
