​Tribaja is excited to present Startup Talent Exchange during VC Day Newark; a dynamic speed networking event designed to connect forward-thinking startups with top-tier tech talent eager to make an impact. This event fosters meaningful conversations between founders and job seekers, focusing on company culture, roles, and opportunities to collaborate.

​4:00 PM – 4:15 PM | Welcome & Introduction by Tribaja

​4:15 PM – 4:30 PM | Instructions & Rules of Engagement

• ​Guidelines: Clear explanation of how the speed networking will work.

  • ​Each startup is assigned a table.

  • ​Tech talent will rotate to a new table every 10 minutes.

  • ​Discussions should focus on roles, company culture, and growth opportunities.

  • ​Participants will receive a prompt card with key discussion tips and questions.

• ​Expectations:

  • ​Startups: Provide concise, impactful overviews of their companies and open roles.

  • ​Talent: Highlight skills, experience, and what they're seeking in a role.

​4:30 PM – 5:30 PM | Speed Networking Session
