Are You A Mindful Walker? With such an increasingly busy world around us, it's nice to spend time out outside in the countryside be it fields or forests, pathways, footpaths or bridleways. Both spring and autumn provide wonderful times to relax and focus on ourselves and our relationship to the environment that surrounds us. Take time to encompass awareness in your seasonal rambles and make the most of the changes that are happening around you whilst grounding your body and your mind.

​​​2. Meditation ON-LINE class WEDNESDAY's

Join the live online class every Wednesday at 7.30 pm. There's usually a bit of light-hearted chatter beforehand and the class is usually a soft Yin style insight mindfulness session.

​​​Mark currently has some vacant spots for online spiritual counselling, only via Zoom, at this time. If you'd like to start or improve your practice, or looking to overcome some of life challenges book a session, to get yourself focussed and energised.
