Look Out for Signs Of Stress ∞ CLASS SCHEDULE

Its never been so important to watch out for stress. Stress can creep up to you in silence and deliver an unsympathetic message when you least need it; now more than ever it is important to look out for signs of stress in ourselves, our loved ones and colleagues, as life starts to get busier. The list in the read is not exhaustive, but a starting point so you can keep an eye on chronic stress.

​•Classes•

​​Learning to meditate with the right practice that suits you has untold benefits. If you've never learnt and would like to, why not join me in one of my classes?

​1.Meditation Course  Great Waltham Sundays & Tuesdays

​​Great Waltham (Chelmsford) Central Essex. Book the entire series from September thru December and learn 7 different types of meditation.

​Starts in September. Sunday Classes start at 11 am and Tuesday classes start at 7 pm. There are still a few spaces on the test drive dates in July, where you can try a class out, before going further and enjoying the bi-monthly class for the 9 module course which you can book by the class or block book the whole series.

​2.Meditation Online class

​​Covid & Lock Down Relief. Join the live online class every Wednesday at 7.30pm. There's usually a bit of light-hearted chatter beforehand and the class is usually a soft Yin style mindfulness session, with Insight.

​​•Private 121 Meditation Sessions•

​​Private one to one sessions are currently available online (only) via Zoom, during Covid. If you'd like to start or improve your practice book a session, to get yourself focussed and energised.

​​•Yoga & Meditation Course January 2022•

​​If you'd like to enroll in principle for a 10 week two and a half hour Yoga and Meditation Course ( with a nice refreshment break in the middle) in Great Waltham from January. please enroll below. ​Good for beginners and those wanting to refresh their practice.
