Special Event: SF Social Club's Community Showcase @ Sports Basement Presidio

​The SF Social Club is an SF-based ‘community of communities’ focused on building genuine connections and amplifying local communities, business, and event organizations.

​The Iron Mat will teach a "Slay it in 20/24" class on site at 2:30-3:15PM. This session will kick off with a foundational posture clinic, followed by elements of HIIT – utilizing 20 minutes of bodyweight yoga sculpt work, followed by a 20 minute series of core and strength drills, concluded by a restorative savasana sound bath. Wear athletic layers you can move in, bring a water bottle, small towel, and yoga mat. Class is $15; payment is accepted onsite.
