✅ Best Ideas and practical insights from ESA BIC Estonia - Sven Lilla. Lessons from successful applicants, common pitfalls, and how to stand out.
✅ Review of business and activity proposal templates - Lev Lapkis. Step-by-step guidance on how to complete the core application documents.
✅ Q&A - for all participants. Ask anything - from eligibility and budget to tech validation and team setup.

ESA BIC Latvia has a permanent open call but we evaluate applications just twice a year. To make it to our 2nd application review meeting, submit your application by June 23, 2025.

After submitting your proposal for incubation, no edits can be made, so we strongly encourage applicants to reach out with questions early.
