To support your success, we’ve also invited ESA BIC Estonia manager Sven Lilla to share real examples and lessons learned from successful applicants in Estonia.

✅ Best Ideas and practical insights from ESA BIC Estonia - Sven Lilla. Lessons from successful applicants, common pitfalls, and how to stand out.
✅ Review of business and activity proposal templates - Lev Lapkis. Step-by-step guidance on how to complete the core application documents.
✅ Q&A - for all participants. Ask anything - from eligibility and budget to tech validation and team setup.

After submitting your proposal for incubation, no edits can be made, so we strongly encourage applicants to reach out with questions early.
