Meditation practice on a regular basis brings balance to your life and those around you. It also brings relaxation, clarity of the mind to help you become more focused, happier, calmer, more peaceful person. Regular practice also alleviates stress and anxiety with less emotional turmoil, also bringing creativity and a sense of purpose, and contentment, deepening spirituality.

Come and try meditation session, meditation influences your wellness in a positive way that brings relaxation and calm to your wellbeing. With life being demanding and living in challenging times meditation and mindfulness are tools that can bring profound change and true happiness.

Each session is on the hour 11am 12noon 1pm 2pm 3pm
