Chelsea Evans is an ESG expert with leadership experience in product sustainability, circularity, and human rights for retail, e-commerce, and consumer goods. She consults and advises independently through her company, Viable Future.
In her former role as Director of Sustainability Strategy for Etsy, Inc., she launched item sustainability attributes, helped sellers choose more responsible packaging, created the company's first Human Rights Commitment and strategy, and advised on ESG advocacy and regulation. Chelsey previously led sustainability and ESG for Nordstrom, Inc., where she set the company's 2025 sustainability goals and launched the award-winning BEAUTYCYCLE take-back program.
Chelsey lives in Seattle, where she is an appointed member of the Seattle Public Utilities Solid Waste Advisory Committee. She holds a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
Gabriel Scheer is an impact-oriented evangelist and builder, seeking to drive innovation in solving some of society's biggest challenges. He has the unique distinction of having worked for three different micromobility companies (including being on the founding team as the first government relations hire at Lime), and has also worked in microtransit and in car sharing, and advised various mobility companies. In addition, he spent three years at Frog Design, built his own social innovation consultancy, built and closed a company that used crowdfunding to help small businesses retrofit for energy efficiency, and founded and ran Seattle Greendrinks, among other things.
KT Michaelson is a numbers czar, project manager, curious mind, out of the box thinker, and climate scientist. She works with organizations to help them identify, address, and act on their most important environmental, social and governance risks and opportunities.
