Over the course of the next 5 years, a total of 7 public rounds are planned. Each round will see a positive growth in the project's capitalization, elevating the RWA from the current $100 million to $10 billion USD. With each successive public round, the number of tokens available for investors will decrease.

Calidum token represents an RWA (Real World Asset) from Calidum Innovation Energy-Saving Technology project, specializing in advanced heating systems and devices. The initial token price is set at $0.488
During Public Round-1 listing, a maximum of 10% of the total token volume will be made available for investors and traders.
Additionally, there will be an open Private Round, allowing a limited number of tokens to be purchased at a pre-sale with an 18% discount through a SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens). Under SAFT terms, investors will purchase tokens at a discount of 18%, receive them two months post-listing, and have the right to sell up to 30% of their volume during each Public Round.
