Somatic Yoga in Brussels - Stillness in movement
Most of us spend our days being in our heads—sitting at a desk, disconnected from the body. And even when we move, are we truly aware of what’s happening within us?
We live under the illusion that mind and body are separate, dismissing the body as something purely “animal” and unintelligent.
But what if we paused to listen to our body?
We might discover that our body holds a wisdom far deeper than we think.
This class invites you to pause and reconnect with your body’s intelligence through yoga and somatic techniques.
What to expect
Each session blends Hatha yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic exercises. The classes are open to all levels.
Each class, we explore different aspects of embodiment:
19/5 - Stillness in movement
26/5 - Relating to others
You can choose to participate to both classes or to single classes. If you want to sign up to a single class, make sure you’re on the right event page!
