You need to be more "strategic" as a Customer Success Professional, but what does that even mean? And how can we apply it in the real world?

Becoming strategic doesn't happen overnight. It takes time, knowledge, and practice–lots of practice. The problem for CS professionals is that there aren't many resources on how to develop their strategic skills. It's usually just a bunch of theories or advice for leadership.
