​Join us for the very first 9Zero Wellness Day — a day of relaxation, learning, and community — created by members, for members.

​Bring some mindfulness into your usual workday. Plan some breaks to move, breathe, restore, and connect with fellow members through a lineup of wellness sessions designed to help you feel your best — physically and mentally.

​This is an open, drop-in day — come for one session or stay for the full flow! All are welcome.

​11:00am — Time Management for "Stressing Better"

Learn practical strategies for managing time and energy with Jessie — because how we manage stress matters.

​12:00pm - 3:00pm — Sensorial Experience with Rue Sante
📍 Lounge Space
Drop in anytime between 12–3pm for a unique sensorial experience curated by Rue Sante — a moment to pause, explore, and recharge.

​12:15pm — Conversation on Nutrition for Performance

Relax and reset with a sound bath experience led by Laura — an invitation to slow down, release, and restore.

Join Kristen for guided practices to improve flexibility and support athletic recovery — open to all levels.
