Join this Meditation online Class Learning how to be truly fully present in every moment, is using Vipassana and Annapana being that gentle witness to your mind body and emotions. This class helps the mind and body to slow down and for the mind to let go of stress and anxiety and learning be at one with the moment without judgment or self-criticism.

sharon will set homework practice for to work on till next class session.
