AI can do a lot, but it can't yet speak for you. In the world of climate, we have to be able to solve issues collaboratively and that requires effectively building coalitions and disagreeing in ways that feel authentic. Join this session with team and leadership coach Stefanie Kamps to start identifying your own patterns when it comes to inner and outer conflict, learning constructive communication techniques, understanding why conversations break down, and creating your future do's and don'ts. This session focuses on honest conversation, practical frameworks, and real-world scenarios. You'll walk away with more insight about yourself, tools to help you be more authentic in your interactions, and a comprehensive workbook with assessments based on well-known psychometric tools.
