"Always start with the end in mind" - What do you want to achieve in life?
Inspired by Steven Covey's bestseller "the 7 habits of highly effective people" we will explore how to balance life priorities across your various individual roles as a daughter or son, as a brother or sister, as a spouse, as a father or mother, as a professional, as a friend, and as a member of the community.
What does success mean to you?
Everyone has her/his own definition of success. Whether it is to achieve a senior leadership role, a comfortable wealth, or to provide safety for one's family. Having a clear idea of what is truly important to you will help you to set the right goals for your future career.
What's your mission and purpose in life?
Unfortunately, the mid-life crisis is not a myth. It is actually very real and affects both female and male Executives. Albeit potentially with different forms and symptoms. Finding your true sense of purpose, drafting what would eventually become your legacy at work and in life will give the long term perspective that you are currently missing.
How it works
Each group session - 2 hours long - will be a mix of presentations by Coach Cyrille and interaction with the other participants. Along with Zoom, we use the latest technology (Slack) and tools (Miro and Klaxoon) to make each session even more interactive and more effective than the traditional "presential" sessions.
Each group session will give you a solid foundation to relaunch your career.
We understand you may not be able to attend every group session in full. No stress, each ZOOM session will be recorded and participants will be able to access them in their own time. Of course, we strongly encourage you to take the time and to attend the 3 group sessions.
Two one-to-one (30-minute) Career Coaching sessions with Coach Cyrille
Group sessions are great. They are very economical. And they are also full of positive energy and vibes. If you feel a bit down, tired, and even depressed, our group sessions will be the highlight of your week.
However, we understand that everyone is unique and facing a very personal set of circumstances and constraints. There is no substitute for individual one-to-one Career Coaching sessions.
We propose that each participant schedules a 30-minute Coaching session with Coach Cyrille PRIOR to the workshop in order for him to understand each participant's expectations and specific needs.
AFTER the workshop, we invite each participant to book a follow-through 30-minute Coaching session with Coach Cyrille to debrief on the workshop and - most importantly - to elaborate a practical Action Plan allowing each participant to translate his/her vision into reality.
As soon as your registration is confirmed, we will send you a link to book your Career Coaching sessions with Coach Cyrille. Please note that both individual Career Coaching sessions offered as part of the present workshop must take place no later than 30 days after the workshop is completed.
