A French-born Entrepreneur, I grew up on the shores of Annecy lake. Most certainly the most beautiful place on earth. When other kids wanted to be doctors or firemen, I wanted to become a Mountain Guide and share my passion for the outdoors and action-packed adventures with others who would trust me to bring them back safely.

Instead, life took to me on Asia's Entrepreneur's journey never to look back.

Over the past 20+ years, as an Executive for the Adecco Group and as the Owner of PeopleSource, an Executive Search firm, I have been at the center of hundreds of talent acquisition processes across all industries and functions gaining unique insider knowledge and trust of thousands of Executives.

Today, I am not taking Clients to the summit of the highest mountains on the planet like I hoped for when I was a kid. And yet, I accompany them on their career path, I make sure they avoid treacherous obstacles and I help them to make the best career choices for themselves and for their families.
