• 20 min: Introduction of attendees and reflection/planning techniques
• 40 min: Reflect on 2024
• Review your journey, accomplishments, and experiences over the past 12 months.
• Use cognitive frameworks to explore different life aspects, identify key lessons, and uncover deeper insights.
• 40 min: Plan for 2025
• Define key roles, goals, and obligations for the coming year.
• 30 min: Transition to action
• Identify next steps, address potential blockers, and map out actionable plans.
• 30 min: Share and engage
• Exchange insights, join discussions, and participate in creative games and social activities.
