Mind-Body Breaks - 15 min session
Take a healthy break on your working day to stretch the body and give some rest to your mind.
What is it about?
15 minutes sessions, twice a week: every Mon and Wed at 3pm to stretch different areas of the body and bring some rest to your mind
Stand up and do it: no need to change clothes or have a yoga mat, all done standing up on sitting on the chair
Chat and share your needs: whatsapp or telegram group to collect the needs and adapt the sessions accordingly. A break tailored to your/group needs!
