About Event

Come chill with us on Thursday, August 22nd for a pilates + cold plunge experience. Chelle will lead you through a sculpting class + Lauren will guide you through an ice bath.

We're excited to be gifting you some Nike gear — feel free to arrive a few minutes prior to class so you have time to change.

Be sure to bring a towel, some flip flops or slides + a change of warm clothes for your journey home.
