• ​Identify potential team members within your network through structure tests and hard asks

• ​Craft asks for people to join your team

• ​Discover how snowflake and spokes organizing models can apply to your fundraising campaign to expand your team

• ​Host a team kickoff that inspires commitment, relationship building, and action

• ​Provide ongoing support and community to support your team in achieving their goals

​This training will be accessible and fun for all, especially for people who are embarking on their very first fundraising campaign.

​Note that this training is intended for volunteer fundraisers, though staff are welcome to join!
