Join fitness coach, author, and joyous revolutionary arts educator Dr. Emily Carr for a quick hit purifying detox + core strengthening workout specifically designed for creatives and guaranteed to give you a physical, mental, and emotional boost.
No experience with fitness or yoga is required; movement will be both accessible and scalable.
Please wear socks and comfortable clothes and come prepared with water, a mat, and something to write with + on. Most movements will be body weight only, and some will incorporate the wall, so please also clear some wall space—about your wing span!
