I am your Best (Spiritual) Fitness Friend, and my Soul Purpose is to jolt you into imaginative leaps and physical feats you didn’t know you had inside you. I am trained as a doctor of poetry and self identify as a joyous revolutionary arts educator, and I specialize in reconnecting folks with parts of themselves they left out in order to fit in. I was the founding director of the MFA in Creative Writing at Oregon State University – Cascades and creator of the B.A. in Creative Writing at the New College of Florida. These days I’m the host of Soul Sauce | Witchy Workouts and the author of Soul Floss | a Witchy Blog.
