About Event

​We are hosting a session (recurring every week) to help you understand stress & mental clutter, what causes it (in terms of the way our brain and mind function) as well as how mindfulness is the only sustainable solution to get rid of this clutter and find clear answers for our problems!

​We will also answer questions related to these topics and have a short mindfulness meditation practice exercise in order to feel the benefits right away!

​Our teacher & host has spent years learning the Buddhist traditions of meditation, along with the underlying neuroscience, and helped 100s of individuals find a better path!

What is Mindfulness

​Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

​The ability to be mindful is present in all of us, but we need to learn to access it, primarily through meditation.

  • Causes of stress, anxiety, and an overall state of mental clutter

  • ​Underlying mechanism of the brain functions and the mind in such states

  • Short-term & long-term impact of stress & anxiety

  • ​What is mindfulness and why it helps mitigate such states

  • ​Why is mindfulness the only long-term solution

​Post the session there will be a short Q&A discussion as well as some short practice work on mindfulness meditation.

​We will also share details of a short beginners-specific program to get you started on your journey of mindfulness and see its long-term benefits.

Meet your Host

​The host of the program is Soumik Neogi - a mindfulness meditation expert and a top-rated Airbnb Experiences host (4.96 out of 5). He has learned traditional ways of meditation at various Buddhist Monastery schools like Tushita Meditation Center (Mcleod Gunj) and Root Institute (Bodhgaya).

​In an earlier life, he was a seasoned professional with over 10 yrs. experience in the Banking and Financial services industry.
