βWhy this Book:
βAs we work to build projects that actually serve our folks, "Community Building" emerges as a foundational skillset. Easier said than done, this work requires us to step forward with an open heart and a generous spirit.
βDaunting? Yes.
Learnable? F*ck Yes!
βAnd easier and more fun if we do it together :)
βThis book club series will feature Belong, by Radha Agrawal - an accomplished entrepreneur and community architect (co-founder of THINX, Daybreaker). With Belong, Radha graciously offers a comprehensive blueprint for individuals to step into their powers as community builders. From foundational "inner work", to "getting out there" - the book lays out Radha's proven approach, including practical "hands-on" prompts, to put her guidance into action.
βThe series will divide the book into 5 sections for 5 bi-weekly meetings on Fridays afternoon. Misha will facilitate content discussion, with co-facilitator contributions welcome.
βOur next meeting date is: March 21, 12pm. Here, we will make introductions and discuss CHAPTERS 1 and 2.
βLooking forward to connecting with everyone to learn this foundational practice!
