LNY Bookmark Charms Workshop

​Celebrate Lunar New Year with Suzzy from Warm Clay Co. at Yu and Me Books on a cozy Friday evening. Immerse yourself in the intimate atmosphere of dreams and storytelling, set amongst sparkling lights and other lovely folks in your community.

​During this experience, you'll craft clay charms inspired by traditional symbols of good luck and fortune to spark your new year:

• ​Dumplings

• ​Tangerines

• ​Red envelopes

​These charms will be attached to bookmarks, giving your 2025 reading a special token to embrace.

​What to Expect

• ​A cozy space to create

• ​Guidance from an expert artist to ensure every attendee leaves with a completed, unique bookmark

• ​An opportunity to celebrate Lunar New Year traditions with others

​Materials Included:

• ​Polymer clay in assorted colors

• ​Bookmark bases and string to attach the charms

• ​Sculpting tools and accessories

• ​Baking equipment (to bake and harden the charms during the workshop - this is a small microwaved-sized oven. Hardening takes aprox 20 minutes)

• ​Packaging supplies for attendees to take home their creations
