Abstract

How many humans does it take to ship a product?
We built policy-driven code generator that output specific implementations from our curated documentation and code samples, handling auth flows, database schemas, and payment integrations across our tech stack. Our production system at CEE AI Hub uses context-aware coding modes to maintain consistency. During the talk I will covers our toolchain architecture, context strategies and issues with creating maintenable code

Senior leaders coding again
Why are engineering directors and CTOs writing code again instead of just managing teams? LLMs enabled senior leaders to ship products solo while running businesses. We'll discuss toolchain strategies, quality control when AI generates code, and whether domain expertise plus AI coding actually beats traditional team scaling. Expect direct conversation about development speed, technical debt, and the new competitive dynamics where solo builders challenge entire engineering departments.
