Networking & knowledge sharing for female online marketing freelancers
We're Erika & Mabel, two female freelancers who are passionate about creating a supportive community for female freelancers in online marketing. We know how tough freelancing can be - finding clients, taxes, admin, it's a lot! Supporting each other on this journey has been invaluable for us, and then came our lightbulb moment: wouldn't it be amazing if we had a group of freelance women regularly connecting and supporting each other? 💡
To start building this community, we're organising a small get-together to network and connect. If this goes well, hopefully there’ll be more to come in the future!
What will happen during the event?
We will divide ourselves into groups and discuss two common freelancing topics: 1) client acquisition strategies and 2) pricing strategies and considerations. After some fruitful discussions and knowledge sharing we’ll also have time for a bit of casual networking.
Who is this event for?
Female online marketing freelancers. We specialise in performance marketing and social media marketing/campaign management respectively so it would be great to connect with others in similar fields.
How do I sign up?

What if I don’t get a spot?
As this event has very limited spots we will be curating the participants to ensure a good dynamic and valuable experience for everyone. If you don’t get a spot this time, don’t worry – there will be more opportunities in the future! 🙂
What if I no longer can make it?
If you are selected but find that you can't make it to the event, please let us know ASAP so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.

About your hosts:
Erika: Originally from Sweden, I moved down to Berlin in 2011 and somehow this city dragged me in and I got stuck here. I've been working as an online marketing consultant for the last 13 years, and have had the opportunity to support 30+ Berlin tech companies such as HelloFresh and Rocket Internet. After being a freelancer for 10+ years I know firsthand what a lonely road that can be, and I’m excited to create a space where we can collaborate and grow together.
Mabel: A Singapore-born marketer who's made Berlin my home for the past 5 years. After 7+ years in online marketing - specialising in social media, influencer collaborations, and integrated campaigns mostly in the travel sector - I've recently ventured into the world of freelancing. I'm excited to connect with fellow freelancers and also support others on this journey!
