Whatever the problem, community is the answer - An introduction to community-building with Microsolidarity
In the face of today’s overlapping crises, e.g. the climate emergency, social fragmentation and a widespread sense of disconnection, the need for community is greater than ever. But how do we actually build community? How do we create spaces where people feel safe, seen and supported? How do we cultivate groups that are resilient, regenerative and real?
In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore these questions through the lens of Microsolidarity—a framework for building small mutual aid communities rooted in trust, care and belonging.
After a short introductory talk we’ll move into guided practices to cultivate wholesome spaces—within ourselves, in pairs, and in small groups.
