Our signature 75-minute class is a holistic experience designed to build emotional resilience, reduce stress, and help you reconnect with yourself, week after week. Rooted in the belief that mental health is everyday work, we combine movement, reflection, and stillness in one cohesive session.
✨ This November and December, we’re partnering with Gluck Psychology Collective to co-facilitate the class experience. Each week will feature a therapist from their team, guiding the discussion & journaling session.
What to Expect:
A grounding Vinyasa yoga flow, led by Our Studio Wellness founder Justine Chun, to release tension and restore mind-body connection
Mindfulness-based journaling and therapist-guided discussion to strengthen self-trust and emotional awareness
A closing meditation to leave you centered, calm, and clear
