Flow State Sip & Paint
Join us for a fun sip & paint session where we will soothe the soul and allow our creativity to flow.
This is not your typical step-by-step guided paint session . Instead, you will be guided to drop into the present moment, tap into your senses, connect with your inner artist, and enter a flow state to create a unique work of art. This is an opportunity to trust your creative intuition and create art that reflects you and your inspirations.
In today’s fast-paced, high-stress world with constant noise and demands, it’s easy to feel anxious, burnt out, and disconnected from ourselves and our creativity. Well, research shows that the opposite of anxiety is CREATIVITY. This experience will offer a chance to slow down, to play, be curious, and savor the present moment by entering a creative flow state. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, uplifted, and creatively recharged. You will also leave with a unique work of art made by YOU.
No artistic experience is necessary! Thalia will gently guide you as needed :)
