​At this drug and alcohol free meditative dance event, Isabella guides us into losing ourselves in the rythm of carefully currated dance songs, allowing the music to sweep us away into the healing embrace of ecstacy. Rythm and Dance has long been considered a deeply healing practice by our long departed ancestors, and here we have the opportunity to connect with community, grow with modern beats, and leave a legacy of loving kindness for our descendents.
